Bowflex 552 dumbbells. adjust from 5-52.5 lbs and 3.1 workout bench. adjusts from upright, 45 degrees, flat, and decline and i have a bowflex mat that this can go on as well. Everything is pretty much like new. I bought these a few years ago and have barely used them, never have had the room to keep them out somewhere. $400 obo
